To begin with, our servers are showing that you are not connected to your CQG account, but rather you have the setting for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service set to SC Data - All Services.

Given this, if you are trying to open a chart for a CQG symbol, then you will not get the data, as the symbols are different for each of the selected services.

In order to connect to your CQG account, follow these instructions:
CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions

Once you do this, open your chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. This will update the symbols of your charts to the symbols used by CQG.

In order to then open a new chart, be sure to use the " File >> Find Symbol" window to ensure you are using the correct symbol for the selected service.
