HI Support, I have 2 Rejected Agreements that i cannot resubmit as they are greyed out when i open them. ('NASDAQ Non-Professional Certification' & 'CME Non-Professional Certification') My non-pro status (is what I'm after for real time live data) is currently being actioned through EdgeClear/Dorman, so I don't know whether it can proceed until these docs accepted. Please let me know how to proceed...? Thx |

You have already redone those agreements and had them accepted, so you do not need to worry about it. Those documents do not have anything to do with getting your account setup with EdgeClear/Dorman. Once you have that account established, then you can activate the exchanges for which you want the real-time data. Yes, it does, and you did. They will still show there, but you did what needed to be done. You are "all good".
