Control bar issue with saving Config's in latest version of Sierra Charts

I spoke with a Sierra Charts support person and when I upgraded to the newest version of Sierra Charts the tool configs, 1, 2, 3, etc. all lock to the default tool config for any particular drawing tool. When I went back to the prior version of the software 2425 it was working fine again.

What exactly do you mean by "all lock to the default tool config"? We tried a few different items in terms of tool configurations from version 2425 to the current release, but we are not seeing any issues.
