Chartbook all the sudden not compatible

Good morning, my main chartbook was working fine earlier, I restarted and updated my machine because windows prompted me to. When i opened sierra and tried to open the same chartbook i got a message saying "chartbook file is not compatible. contact sierra support for help converting it" i am sending the message log for analysis. Thanks |

We see the following in your log: The Chartbook file is not compatible. Contact Sierra Chart support for help with converting it. File: C:\SierraChart\Data\AGSCALPSCREEN.Cht
There is no reason why this would have occurred unless you also updated your Sierra Chart from an older version. But regardless of why, the way to update the Chartbook so you can use it in the current version is outlined at the following link: Chartbooks (Workspaces): Opening Older Chartbooks Or, you can attach the file to this thread and we will update it for you.
