Hi Guys, I know this is a tech question, but you will know...So all I need to keep my crypto charts running is to keep that SC login for 'all services'. Then all I have to do is add a second separate login for the 'teton' so I can access my acct at Edge (Futures) right? I can't use 'all services' for trading at Edge (Futures) right? Since you are using the Teton Order Routing Service, when you change your Current Selected Service to Teton CME Order Routing, you will still have access to the Crypto data. So you do not need to have multiple installations or multiple logins.

thanks John but my charts that Fleri created use the Bitmex perp swap so I think that's not right. I think you assume I was looking at the cme futures which don't chart as well. Let me know as that's the way it was before. thank you, John! Karen |

From your original post, we assume you are not trading Crypto through Sierra Chart. If this is correct, then our previous statement still stands. In general it is correct that in order to get all the "free" data we have available you would need to have your "Current Selected Service" set to SC Data - All Services. Otherwise, not all the options show up when it is set to another service. But, when the "Current Selected Service" is set to Teton CME Order Routing, then you still have access to the Crypto data, and specifically the BitMex data. So you can get your BitMex Perpetual Swap data at the same time you are getting other data.
