Adjusting tools properties values by mouse

Hi there, could you please add a possability to adjust anchor's values of tools with a mouse. I mean inc/dec buttons - in the most cases they would make fine tuning a tool's position on a chart much more convenient and faster then using a keybord. Thanks Andrey
