“Always Use Position Average for Reference Price for Break Even Command” - (Global Settings >> Chart Trade Settings >> General >> Order Entry)

Hello Support,

I’m having a problem with this function above as it is not working with my Teton account.

It works flawlessly with the Trading Evaluator accounts but when I try to use it on my Teton account and press the “Move to Breakeven Command (BE)” it just changes the Stop “Price” and “Price 2” from their original values to some nonsense values and doesn't move the Stop to BE.

Please see the attached screenshots.

I would really much appreciate your help with this, please.

This was resolved but perhaps a we introduced a new problem that somehow we did not see in our testing. We will test again today and see what is happening.

Hello,

I was just testing it and the issue persists the exact same way as I described above.

Should I upgrade to the latest release?

Thank you.

Please disregard my previous message.

I have just upgraded to the current release and it is working well now, at least on sim.

Thank you.
