Historical Order Fills Not Showing On Chart

I am looking to journal some of my trades and past orders and fills are not showing up. This is a new issue as I never had this happen before. I used the following link to try and troubleshoot my issue but to no avail. I made sure accounts are correct, simulation mode is checked off, show order fills is checked, and even that the order fill colors didnt change. Still nothing appears. If you could help address this issue that would be greatly appreciated. Like I said I went through all steps in the document link below and nothing corrected the issue. Thanks in advance! Did you look through your Trade Activity Log as noted in that section, and see if the fills are showing in there? In addition, did you remove the settings for Order Fills Start Date Time and ensure that the option for Load Order Fills for Current Day Only is set to No? Given the above, do you see the fills in the Trade Activity Log? Yes, I have went through my activity log to ensure the date time and symbol are all correct. I then and made sure there is not date nor time for 'order fills start date time' and ensured ' load order fills for current day' is set to no. I went back and checked my chart no orders are appearing. I double checked to make sure I was not in simulation mode too

We need to understand - are the order fills in the Trade Activity Log, but not on the chart, or are they not in the Trade Activity Log at all?
