Trading DOM scale help

I am trying to set a constant range scale of 30 points in ES on a Trading DOM, but when I do this, the increments go from every tick (.25) to every 2 ticks (.5) in the price column/grid lines, but the bid/ask numbers are still every tick How can I force the price/grid scale to show every tick again? |

Scale increment was set to 0.25 and 0 for auto and it happened in both instances
