Trying to Pay ..... But??

I have been trying to pay the fee for next months data feed but as soon as I enter the amount I want to pay and then click on the bar just below the the Credit card logos the page closes... I tried it on my lap top and on the desktop... no luck same thing happens on both computers What do I do now? |

What web browser are you using? I just looked at the Tools....Advanced ...security and the only thing close to TLS 1.1 was TLS 1.0 and it was already checked... One more note... This is not the first time I have paid with this computer.... and Do I have to pay for the Monthly package before paying for the data feed? I'l try that.. Eddit...... We can see that you have been able to make the required payments. Thank you. If your browser only shows TLS 1.0 and not TLS 1.1 or TLS 1.2, then it means your browser needs to be updated to a newer version. Sierra Chart Support |
