missing data with Sierra Chart historical data service

Hello, using Sierra Chart historical data service, in intraday charts, i don't have some data at the beginning of the new contracts, for 2010 and the years before. With YM. I did edit>>delete all data and download, but the problem remains. Thanks |

The earliest data will be 2009 and we do not see any missing data for 2009 or 2010 for the YM. Open a chart for a specific contract month and year for the YM, not continuous, and then post an image of the chart and show what exactly is missing.
