IB Error Code: 321. Request ID: 277056. | 2022-11-13 18:59:32.626 Cannot download historical intraday data. Have followed instructions in the IB symbol update post. |

You need to download the latest IB TWS Stable Version 10.20.1c to resolve your SC historical and intraday data issues. IB made a change to how their date/time strings are formatted after IB TWS 10.12.2x.
