Hi My is trial is due to end and I need help to renew to the relevant package because I am new to SC. My questions are: 1. I am using delayed data at the moment, and I will carry on with it for few months. Can you confirm what changes do I have to make after renewal specifically on the system to continue to use delayed data? 2. Will I have to pay extra for delayed data usage after renewal? 3. I need help with package selection as well, at the moment I am just using DOM chart template but in coming weeks I will be using footprint, market profile and VWAP for analysis. Could you kindly suggest if your base standard package support these functions? or which package would be the right one. 4. If I sign up for 6-months, will I be able to change my subscription level in the middle i.e. upgrade or downgrade? 5. Can I use SC on two PCs with delayed data feed? Kindly confirm. Thanks |

1. You will not need to make any changes to your system to continue doing what you are doing with the Delayed Streaming data. 2. No, you will not need to pay anything additional for the Delayed Streaming Data - it is included at no cost with any active account. 3. Since you will be using the Delayed Streaming Data and not needing (or wanting) to connect to a trading service, you can use one of the "Base" packages. Since you state that you want Footprint and Market Profile - you will need to be on Package 5 - Base Advanced. 4. Yes - you can change your package at any time. When you do so you do not need to pay anything. We adjust your remaining Usage Time by the difference in the package prices. 5. Yes - you can use Sierra Chart on 2 different PCs and access the Delayed Streaming data to both. Note that this is not the case for real-time data, in which case you would need to pay an additional exchange fee.
