Question on: "Send Attach order by Position"

I do not see "Send Attach order by Position" option in second instance but I can see for the main or first instance. Is this by design? Or am I doing something wrong?

Where exactly are you looking for this option? It sounds like you may have added it to the Chart Shortcut menu (right-click menu) in which case you would need to do the same thing in the Sub-Instance.

It should definitely be on the Trade Window pulldown for the various order types.

yes, I use it with right click menu but on the second instance it is not available as right click option. Hence I ask for your help.

You need to add it to the right-click menu in that second instance. You can add it by selecting Global Settings >> Customize Chart Trade Menu.

solved this problem!

why all these buttons "Buy MKT", "Sell MKT".... are grayed out? how do I enable them?

We assume you are referring to the buttons on the Trade Window. In which case, refer to the following documentation:
Global Trade Settings Windows: Display Trade Window Controls (Global Settings >> Chart Trade Settings >> General)
