Hey,

When I try to place a limit order with chart trade, I always get "Buy Limit must be below or equal to last trade price: 0.0001 | Symbol: M6EZ22_FUT_CME".

Why is this? It works only if I place the order via order window and write the price there. This issue seems to be only with buy limits and doesn't happen with other futures I trade with.

Is that the actual symbol of the chart? Or is that the Trade Symbol?

The sierra chart process goes unresponsive if I set Price Multiplier to 1 in a TPO chart for 6EZ22. In normal charts there's no problems. I'm not able to set it to 1 and save because the window gets unresponsive and never gets responsive again. Setting the tick size didn't cause any problems.

I can set tick size to 1 and price multiplier to 1 though.

I can't set the required 0.0001 tick size because with price multiplier 1 the price is over 10000 in sierra, even though in real life it's around 1.0.
Tick size 0.0001 and a price of 10000 in TPO chart and number bars is quite resource extensive and even my gaming PC can't handle it it seems.

What is the exact name of the setting you are referring to, and where is it specifically? You should not be changing the Real-time or Historical Price Multipliers in Chart Settings. They need to remain at the default.

What is the default for those values with 6E? I'm not sure if I changed them to 0.0001 earlier because the price of the future was incorrect or if it was that by default. I'm seeing over 10k as the price of 6E if price multiplier is 1.

In the link you sent, it was said it should be 1 and that's why I'm trying to set that value.

Or is "Trade and Current Quote Symbol Price Multiplier" something else than "Real-time or Historical Price Multipliers"? It's referring to chart settings here in your link: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing: Using Trade Symbol

EDIT: Yes it's different setting. It works now. Thanks

To return the Symbol Settings in the chart back to their defaults, follow the procedure here:
Global Symbol Settings: Update/Apply Symbol Settings to Charts

The documentation only said to set this setting to 1 if using M6E as the trade symbol:
Trade and Current Quote Symbol Price Multiplier: 1
