i'm attempting to sign up for market data- CME for non professionals WITHOUT trading account. $66/mo. the market data agreement is being rejected because i didn't enter trading account info, but it says "leave blank if you don't have a trading account" and "trading acct required? =NO" . which is why i did non professionals without a trading account. is this wrong? please advise.

Hi cbua, I see that you certified as a Non-Professional, please re-complete the Market Data Agreements here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements (as a Professional, you can leave the Futures Trading Account Information blank, and you should also certify as a Professional, please re-complete) |
