major problems with execution

Hi, im having some major issues executing orders, im getting error messages and when i get filled on limit orders its fills me at a different price point. also when I place a limit order and not get a fill the P&L is showing like I am in a trade but I am not and then when I try to flatten this phantom position its drawing me into a loss. whats is going on with my platform? I contacted my broker and they said that this is a problem with the platform. this issue just cost me $350 please help my system is buggy |

this issue only seems to happen when I am executing more then 1 contract

the system is executing different levels that I intend, the system is not respecting brackets as well

The reason you are having issues is that you do not have any exchanges active, so you are not viewing the Real-time data.
