SC Realtime Data Feed with equites

I am having issues with the SC realtime feed to which I added equities. If I start by adding a symbol and creating a chart it seems to work fine but if I open an existing chartbook I start getting disconnects as shown in the follow excerpt. I only have one copy of SC running in spite of what the log indicates. Also, quotes in a QuoteBoard are not updating in realtime. Bid/ask in a DOM show up when the DOM is first opened but as soon as an update comes in, they disappear. I only have one copy of SC running in spite of what the log indicates. This could not be true. We see a total of three copies of Sierra Chart running.
