my charts are very delayed. my time-based charts show a negative time on the countdown timer. for example, my one-minute chart is showing negative 16 minutes and 30 seconds. I downloaded the most recent version this morning but that still did not help. Thanks.

Please re-complete the Market Data Agreements and be sure to include your Futures Trading Account Information; so that is your "Clearing Firm" and your "Futures Trading Account Number".

Then please activate the CME Group Exchanges that you want Real-time Data for, you can do that via #3 here:

I have taken the steps you outlined above, can you confirm I have done everything you outlined correctly? However, my data is still delayed by about 10 minutes. thanks.

Hi User661036, what exchanges do you want Real-time Data for?

Then please activate the CME Group Exchanges that you want Real-time Data for, you can do that via #3 here:
