Hello.
I just waisted 30 minutes trying to get a simple study that will plot yesterdays H/L values on todays chart.
This should be so simple , yet it is not so.

Even using what seems to be the right study (Day OHLC) has so many input options that are unclear that I cant understand the result.

So, If you can, please advise on a simple solution to have Yesterdays High and Low plotted on the current day. Day as in date. not session. Previous Date's High and Low values found on the current chart.
Example :
5 min chart and todays date NOV7. So 2 lines - one for High one for Low from NOV6 (or last trading date in case of weekend or holiday).
Is this possible ?
If so please screenshot the indicator and complex configuration for this simple task.
Also, is there a syntax to use in Spreadsheet formula study then that is fine as well like Yhigh or Ylow ??

Here is a Chartbook that has what you are asking for. Note the trick is that you have to create a separate chart that has the Session Times set to be a calendar day (i.e. 00:00:00 - 23:59:59). Then you find the High and Low for the previous day and then overlay that onto the regular session chart.
