Sierra Charting Platform Will Not Open

Same problem experienced as last Sunday Evening. I log in through my Transact Account - quote board opens. Charting platform does not. I have updated my user information as requested. Please advise. Thanks. Ray Burchett

Go into this folder on your system: C:\SierraChart\SierraChartTransActMA\ Run the SierraChart_64.exe file.
