Keyboard shortcuts not working

Hello,

for some reason i am unable to get any keyboard shortcuts to work. For example, i assign L to the Line-tool, and it says it is assigned "Currently used by ..." but it just isnt doing anything when i press L in a chart window.

I recently copied my old Sierra installation folder to a new location and changed the data directory. Maybe this has something to do with it? It stopped working after i did this..

Best regards,
A.

It works for us when we test this. Try restarting Sierra Chart. Also if you see "Currently Used By", this means that L is already assigned to another command.

We really do not recommend using single letters for shortcuts because this means, that single letter can never be typed in Sierra Chart for anything else.

After restarting Sierrachart, everything works as expected. Not sure why it wouldnt accept new keyboard shortcuts previously.

Most likely due to an operating system problem. A significant part of the keyboard shortcut functionality is handled in the operating system.
