Hello Support,
I have been using your charts for a long time but there have been too many interruptions and new rules and I can't jump through so many hoops anymore. I have been with TransAct for many years and I love your charts but I love their DOM and I do not trade off the charts. This combination is no longer available. I do not like using the SC DOM. I am probably not the only person in this predicament. I have been loyal as long as possible but now I quit. I hope you will promptly refund my remaining funds, less the transaction fee, to my debit card. Thank you for your assistance.

We have refunded your last set of Usage Time, which has set your account as "Expired", meaning you have no usage time left.

We have entered the information to get your Services Surplus refunded to your card. This will take us 1-2 days and then 5-10 days after that before you will see the refund on your card.
