Your Delta Percentages are correct. For example, the first bar visible to the left shows a delta of -1056. Since these are 10000 volume bars, the percentage is calculated as 1056/10000 = .1056 or .11 when rounded to 2 decimal places (or 11% in percentage). If your issue is that the percentages are being displayed as decimals instead of percent (.11 instead of 11%) then this is because you have the Numbers Bars Calculated Values Input for Display Percent Values as Decimal or Percentage set to Decimal.
