Hi, I'm having trouble with my data feed (provided bu Denali). The charts appear as the attached image. Any idea on how to solve this issue? Many thanks in advance. |

Start by resetting your vertical scale. The current price is 3740.25, but the lowest displayed price is 3816.00, therefore the most recent bars are below the screen. Refer to the following for how to reset scales: Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting: Resetting the Scale We are not sure what else is occurring, if anything. You may want to remove, or hide, any studies that could be causing the scale to be off and get back to just the basic candles, then work forward again seeing what study is causing trouble.
