My account is set for auto renewal. Why is the data delayed?

Your active exchange for the CME Group data on our Denali Exchange Data Feed did not renew on November 1, 2022 since you did not have enough funds in your account at that time. Keep in mind the exchange fees are separate from the Package Usage Time and renew on the first day of each month.

You can reactivate the exchange from the Recurring Services page, which can be accessed through the link for the page on the Account Control Panel, or from the following link:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=RecurringServices

Scroll to the bottom of that page and select the button for Reactivate Exchange for the exchange(s) you want to reactivate.

Note that your account will be charged for the exchange fee, so you will need to ensure you have enough funds in your account to cover the renewal coming due on November 6.
