This means 5% of the exchange fee. So 15 USD would be 15.75 USD.

There are marked up 5% to cover payment card processing costs.

I'm currently subscribed to the Eurex feed and I want to keep the level 2 data.

1/ Is there anything I have to do or will I be switched over automatically?
2/ The feed will cost 21 USD instead of the 31.50 USD it costs now? Is that correct?

What we have decided to do with regards to the EUREX exchange for those who are currently subscribed to the EUREX exchange, is we are going to deactivate the EUREX exchange for automatic renewal for anyone who who has it currently activated under Sierra Chart account.

We will then put out a notice for you to activate the EUREX exchange of your choice any time on or after June 1. These are the choices:

Non-Professionals:
Level I - $15
Level I & Level II - $20

Professionals:
Level I - $55
Level I & Level II - $75

Based upon the exchange questions, if you are considered a professional you will see the professional pricing. Otherwise, you will see the nonprofessional pricing.

When activating an exchange, it is necessary to restart Sierra Chart for it to receive the updated entitlements.

You will need to subscribe to the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. The set up instructions are here:

And you will have to activate the EUREX exchange.

The professional and nonprofessional EUREX data feeds are the same. There is only different pricing based upon whether the exchange considers you professional based upon the exchange questions you have to answer for your account.

You will need the EUREX exchange with Market Depth since you require market depth data.

We do not know what you are referring to. Your Sierra Chart account has no payment or charges on it on it.

Possibly these are charges from your broker/trading service. Please contact them.
