Dear SC Support

While looking at the charts I noticed there's no real time data.

I checked my account and I had to sign the agreements again and for the activated exchanges it says they're expired??

I only activated them 2 days ago to see what the data's like with sierra.

Id like to kindly ask if you can re activate the exchanges please.

I've already re-signed the agreements.

May I ask why the exchange has deactivated itself?
