i have a funded account with sierra charts serv pkg 11 with denali and a funded trading account with amp futures which i am trying to activate i am set up with cqg and seirra shows me connected F.US.MESZ22 but i am unable to get data i get an error msg "download failed historic data only supported with sierra charts data feed" i get a daily chart but the error msg when i switch to an intraday cart how do i fix?

You are not setup to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed as you have not activated any exchanges. Activate the exchange(s) you need at the following link:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed

Once you have the exchange(s) activated you will be getting the real-time data.

Note that since you have never activated a CME Group exchange, the first exchange you activate will be free for the rest of the month of November. Just remember to have enough funds in your account for the renewal of the exchange fees which come due on the first day of each month.
