I trade the treasuries and in the trade activity log the price and fill price have always been in 1/32. Now they are both listed as decimals and I don't know what happened or why it changed. Can you please tell me how to get the prices back to 1/32? Thank you.

We just tried this with TN and we are not seeing an issue in the trade activity log. The first thing to check is that the chart you are trading from for that symbol is set to display in fractions. Check the Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Price Display Format and verify that it is set to display a fractional value. If the above is set properly, then we need to see a screenshot of your Trade Activity Log where you are not seeing the correct information. All of the charts in my chartbook are set to 1/32. It appears to me that when I switch to a Rithmic or Apex account then the TAL price is in 1/32. If I list by ZBZ22_FUT_CME which is from the Teton data feed it is listing the prices in decimals. It also lists everything in decimals if I list by [SIM] All Symbols. I've attached a screenshot. If you go to the Chart Settings for ZBZ22_FUT_CME what is the Price Display Format set to? Does the chart have the prices displayed as fractions or decimals? Is this only on the Trade Activity Log that the prices are displayed as decimals? It looks like if I am on the Rithmic data feed then it lists all of the Teton prices in decimals and Rithmic prices in 1/32. If I switch to the Teton data feed then it lists all of the Rithmic prices in decimals and the Teton prices in 1/32. All of my charts are set to 1/32. It's not an emergency but it's strange that it does this. I only see it happening in the trade activity log. Appreciate your help. |
