Order allocation to trade account function error (sierrachart using non existing account)

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am using the order allocation account function in combination with APEX trader funding (rythmic routing) and Denali data. As sometmes these comibine accounts go bust, there is the option t reset them. If that happens, APEX assigns you a new (consecutive numerical account number) for the reset account. So lets assume you you hav 2 accounts, 1 and 2. You bust #1 and reset it. The reset account will receive #3 and as a result your two active accounts now have numbers #2 and #3 (note: #1 is gone from apex account list). When I performed a reset, I disconnected the trade data service in sierra chart, restarted sierra chart and reconnected the trade data service once the reset account was active. In sierra chart, the trade account monitor is the checked and all accounts are updated correctly with correct balances, etc.

However, when I enter a new order, the order allocation to account function still uses the in the meantime non existant #1 account to trade copy to. Which obviously results in an error in the log's window as APEX (and rythmic) do not recognize this account any more). So I unselected the order allocation to trade account function, I erased all allocated accounts from the menu, disconnected data service, restarted sierra charts, reconnected data service, reselected the order allocation to accoun function and allocated the accounts from the available list (which is the CORRECT account list)...

But Again, upon order entry, the INCORRECT accounts are linked (in our example, the #1 account)...

Is there anyway, I can get arround this, fix this, reset this function or whatever I need to do?

You should not have any problem with this at all.

Make sure you are making the changes for the Order Allocation to Trade Accounts on the correct Trade Window:
