hello i have i have data set up on computer with sc data all servives and it working fine. i have downloaded software and logged in on my laptop with the same settings but cant get of sim. please can you help

As you state - you have your Current Selected Service set to SC Data - All Services, therefore you are not connected to a trading service, which is why you can not get out of Simulation Mode.

What trading service or broker are you using? We can then point you to the proper setup instructions.

AMP would most likely have you setup to use CQG. If this is correct, then follow the instructions at the following link to connect your Sierra Chart to your CQG account:

Hello yes i have done this but i do not get the Server (list) section only username
Password
I have also contacted amp to confirm details and they have told me credentials are fine I need to contact yourself. Please can you help resolve

Our apologies, apparently the image that is shown in those instructions is old. You do not have to select a server when you are connecting to CQG and there is not a selection to do so. Just enter your Username and Password and select OK to close that window and you will be all set.

Yes this is the issue I have been doing this the whole time. Connects but always says sim I have changed password on amp futures that didn't work

It sounds like you have not taken the system out of Simulation Mode. Refer to the following:
