Hi Support, Acct: Merury55 My 10yr Treasury Note Futures DOM is not allowing me to scroll up and down the day's trading range. It is static and this has been going on for a couple of weeks. Thanks in advance Adam |

It sounds like you may have inadvertently set the Chart DOM scaling mode to Interactive Scale Locked. Right-Click on the price ladder and select interactive Scale - Move, then try to move the scale up/down by left-clicking and dragging.
