Hi. Yesterday and today at the 08:30 a.m. Central Time open of the e-mini Dow and e-mini SP, the live data on my charting started for a second or two, and then froze for about a minute before the live data resumed. Once it started again, I did not notice any more freezing or lagging of live data. Also, once the live data started again, there were not any missing bar gaps on the charts, of the time when it was frozen. How do I fix this live data freezing issue at the open? Thank you.

We are doing some work on our network infrastructure, so it's possible that what you saw is related to this, particularly as it was an active time so there is a lot of data to send out. Give us another week to get our networking fixed up and then see if this occurs again. If it does, then let us know.
