Hi,
I have recently opened an account with stage 5, as a non-professional account, where my stage 5 account number is 44531. I am wondering if 3-month free package is available for me, since stage 5 tells me I m available for it, but I can't find it. another thing for one data feed, the data feed always reset on the 1st of the month right?

Stage 5 is submitting your Sierra Chart username to Sierra today for review and approval of the 3-months free. This normally takes a few days to process and we will let you know as soon as we have any updates regarding the 3 months being added to your Sierra Chart account. Once this is approved, the 3 months will be added directly to your Sierra Chart account and you should see this in your account management portal within Sierra.

With regards to the Data feed, the answer is yes, the exchange fees renew on the first day of each month. This is separate from and different from your Usage Time renewal date.

But, we do not see any activated exchanges for your account. Please be sure you activate the exchange(s) for which you need real-time data at the following link:
