Hello, I am subscribed to Package #11 46/month. I am using Interactive Brokers to trade but want to use Sierra as my data feed. I have followed all of the steps, including Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds to YES, but the data is still coming through interactive brokers (I can see it coming in the API window). If I switch the Data/Trade Services to SC Data - All services, I get delayed data for all of the symbols I am trying to see (ES, CL, ZB, DX futures). From this is seems like my account does not have the right permissions in the Denali data feed. How can I resolve this? Thank you |

Basically, my SC data is delayed even though I have Package 11. If this is fixed I think it will be fine. Possibly an account issue?
