Hi, when I try and load the CME 3-month SOFR data the scaling appears incorrect except for the most recent days data, which leads to a big gap up in the chart. I have tried deleting and reloading the data but still reverts to the original. I also checked the data via the ‘Edit Data’ option, and it actually looks correct, but the scaling applied in the chart is not. Is there a work around or a way I can adjust the scaling? I have attached images of the chart with and without the last data point and also the data in the Edit Data screen. Thanks Chris |

It looks like you have the Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Historical Chart Multiplier set to a value other than 1. Check this and change it to 1 if is not already. Refer to the following: Chart Settings: Historical Price Multiplier (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol Settings menu) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

There is a problem on the Sierra Chart side with this. 1. Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings 2.Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart. 3. Set the Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Historical Price Multiplier back to .01.
