Historical Update Gap in IB data for NQ M4 that refresh doesn't fill

It doesn't happen every day, but often I get a gap that refresh doesn't fill. Today the 1 min chart has a gap from 12.52.00 to 04.36.00. This kills moving averages. I updated to the latest SC version and the latest Java with the latest TWS last week to try and solve this issue but that didn't solve it. Yesterday and Monday everything was fine but today once again I have the gap.
