We assume you are referring to the missing 'F' and 'G' blocks.

If this is correct, then the first thing to look at is whether those letters are in the list of letters to use. Refer to the following:

If the letters are listed properly, then you would need to check if there may not have been any trading during those times by looking at the underlying data.
