The solution we have implemented is only partial. And we will have this fully resolved by the end of the day today. But for now the data up to the moment is corrected.

Do you mind implementing your partial solution for may 21, please?
Today's data is, unfortunately, still messed up.

Tks

This is now done. Re-download the data.

We are told the underlying networking problem which is the cause of this is going to be solved over the weekend.

Thank you for your quick attention.
:)

I'm still seeing some bad data after the close yesterday.
Is it possible to work your magic back to that time?

Sure.
19:45 and 22:04 mountain daylight time are particularly bad. There may be some over night during the European session, although it might just be a result of thin trading.

Thanks

We compared the Sierra Chart data to IQ Feed and we see an exact match at 19:45 US Mountain time. The data is definitely correct at this time for the Russell 2000 June futures.

Re-download the data from before that time.
