Hello there,
Earlier this week My CQG account with Sierra CHart was shut down without notice and after some research I'm pushed towards Teton. I really like Sierra chart but I do not like the service so I would like to have a refund for the data package I paid effective immediately.
Please cater to my request and let me know when and how can I get my refund.

You ask specifically for a refund of "the data package I paid". But we do not see any data that you have purchased from us.

Are you wanting your Usage Time refunded, which will set your account as expired? If so, we can take care of this, but please let us know for sure so we do not do something you do not want.
