Hello,
I have an issue with my account. When I am using a new bookchart, I have all the data in live.
But when I open an existing Bookchart : CB EUREX Trading, I don't have tje live data and I am blocked the 2022-06-17.
I tried to change this parameter but it is in read only mode.
I tried to change the Load data limiting method, but it doens't work.
Please, could you help me ? I searched in the support site forum, but I didn't find anything .

Most likely that Chartbook that you are opening has an expired Futures Contract that you are viewing. When you open the Chartbook do you get a message stating that the "symbol needs rollover"?

If you get the above message, then you can click on it to perform the rollover, or you can select Chart >> Perform Futures Symbol Rollover. Refer to the following for this option:
