Hi folks, is it possible to have my watchlist which is linked to my chart automatically scroll through each symbol on a loop? Say every x seconds it would move to the next symbol? If this does not exist would it be possible for me to write this as a study leveraging existing interfaces or would this not be possible? |

Yes this can be done through using the Scan commands on the Chart menu: Changing the Symbol of a Chart: Scanning And then you can adjust the Chart Update Interval in the chart you are doing the scan in, to adjust the scan speed: Chart Settings: Chart Update Interval in Milliseconds (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Display >> Chart Update Interval menu) And certainly you can use ACSIL to programmatically change the symbol: ACSIL Interface Members - Variables and Arrays: sc.DataFile Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
