hi, i want to ask you about speed of sierra. first, i ahve to say i have opened 18chartbooks and in 16 of them i use 6charts and DOM and in 1 of them 32charts and in lastone i have opened 16cahrts. i want to ask you if this may be problem for sieera with speed. i use 2 copies of sierra. in generaly i use interactive brokers. i use it for DOM and also i have opened 2nd copy of sierra for infinity futures which is datafeed i use for charts in 1st copy my sierra. and here is the point. in DOM i can see moving prices but in the charts the moving of prices is much more slow then in the DOM which is problem. many times the price in the chart frizes but in the DOM the price is still moving. what may be wrong?

maybe better word is there is major lag. and especially in indices when the move is little bit faster.

thank you

You might want to adjust the Global Settings >> General Settings >>Chart Update Interval:

Are you referring to the last trade price when comparing between a chart and Trade DOM?

yes, exactly like that. i am comparing last trade price and the trade DOM. but as i said. these prices is from different datafeed each. DOM is IB and chart is infinity.

There could very well be a difference between different data feeds. And that we could not control.

50 ms we think is too low, but you have to make this determination yourself.
