New continuous charts displaying algo gives LESS data

I'm currently still using old 997 version with CTS feed because it gives me deep continuous charts.
E.g. my broker gives only current and previous contract historical data, but I'd like to see all the data available (about a year, not just several months). Your old roll-over algo draws all the previous contract data, but your new algo cuts it off. Could you bring that functionality back?

You will have no trouble getting one year Continuous Futures Contract charts on the newer Sierra Chart versions when using CTS T4. We recommend updating when you can. Here is the instructions for the feature:

If there was a problem previously, it must have been an issue with the downloading of historical data at the time but that has been resolved with CTS.

It is strange, but I have another issue with ver 1137 with CTS T4.
Loading continuous intraday chart for GC gives me a gap between 2013-01-29 and 2014-01-30. I.e. a year of data is absent. I tried to delete and reload data, and also tried both Date and Volume Rule Rollover.

Make sure the Symbol Settings are up to date:
