Hey sierra chart im responding to the message that all i need to do is activate non professional data as well as add funds. im 95% sure i did everything right but on my account it says theres only a 2.00 surplus, can you confirm with me that you've received payment? Or where do i see my account balance?

As you now qualify as a Non-Professional you have the discounted Non-Professional Exchanges available to you: in order to get Real-time CME Group Data in October please activate the CME Group Exchanges that you want Real-time Data for, you can do that via #3 here:
