Hello I am "g7fx, student I cannot seem to get connected to the delayed data feed etc, I cannot figure out where I am going wrong any help would be appreciated as I want to get to grips with software, functionality before going live.....Thanks in advance. Best regards |

The first issue is that your account is expired. You will need to add funds your account and select the Service Package you want. Refer to the instructions at the following link: Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Instructions If you are just wanting to work with the delayed streaming data, then you would want to be on one of the Base Packages.
