$INX not updating

Hello, I have activated pack 12 and 250 symbols datafeed (CME market depth), but $INX does not update, it does only provide with recent information every time i open SierraChart, then it stops. How can i fix this problem? Thank you in advance

$INX is an index from the S&P. Therefore, to get real-time data for this symbol you need to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and activate the S&P Indices exchange.
