If you are using TransAct, then we are aware of the issue. We believe the issue is on the TransAct side but we are working on definitively confirming this. We have discussed the issue with TransAct. So we are all aware of it.

At this point, we believe there is some sort of networking issue going on. It does not appear to be some kind of TransAct server issue or Sierra Chart issue. So we are looking at a network issue.
