The pricing on Sierra charts initially lined up with the Infinity DOM, now they are miles apart. I notice the charts are Z22, the Infinity DOM is Z2. How do I fix this Please?

Hi Richard, I missed you with my call just now, there are a few steps to complete in order to get the set-up that you want, please let me know if you want me to give you a call to help?
Please re-complete the Market Data Agreements and be sure to include your TransAct Futures Trading Account Information; your "Clearing Firm" will be "TransAct" and your "Futures Trading Account Number" is something like "54321".
Then please activate the CME Group Exchanges that you want Real-time Data for, you can do that via #3 here:
